1. Faulty or Damaged Items
If your product arrives damaged, please contact us at info@curiouspackaging.co.nz as soon as possible with:
- Your order number
- A brief description of the issue
- Photos of the product and packaging
We’ll work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
2. Change of Mind
- We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind purchases.
- As part of our sustainability commitment, we encourage customers to purchase only what they need to help reduce unnecessary returns and shipping impact.
3. Incorrect or Missing Items
- If you receive the wrong item, or something is missing from your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We’ll correct the mistake at no extra cost.
4. How to Request a Return
- Email us at info@curiouspackaging.co.nz with your order details and evidence of the issue.
- We’ll confirm whether your item is eligible for a return and provide instructions.
- Please do not send items back without first contacting us.
5. Refunds
- Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method.
- Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take 5–10 business days for the funds to appear.
6. Shipping Costs
- If the item is faulty or incorrect, Curious Packaging will cover the return shipping cost.
- If the item is returned for any other reason (where eligible), the customer will be responsible for shipping costs.
