What are your recycled plastic made from?

Our recycled courier bags are made from both consumer and industrial sources of waste polyethylene.

How durable are your recycled plastics courier bags?

We offer strong and durable bags which means that you can be assured that your
parcel is safe during transport.

Why are our recycled plastic black?

Recycled LDPE (Low-Density Polyethylene) often comes out black because plastics of many different colours are mixed together during the recycling process. The most efficient and sustainable way to repurpose this material is to produce it in black, which ensures strength, consistency, and minimal waste.

We also choose not to add dyes or colours to our recycled bags, helping to minimise the use of new materials and keep the process as eco-friendly as possible.

How can we dispose of recycled courier bag after use?

We encourage you to reuse your bags, however for end of life disposal please visit

Can we reuse the recycled bags?

Absolutely! You can reuse the recycled courier/mailer bags as we make our bags thicker to provide extra durability.

Do the courier/mailer bags dimensions include the flap?

No, the dimensions are excluding the flap of the bag.

I have used your QR code and now I cannot get the pins out of my google maps, how do I remove the pins?

You can remove the pins by clicking on "View Map Legend" and then click "Close".

For Apple users: please click on "View map Legend" and then deselect "Curious packaging LDPE Recycling" and click "Close"

Do you offer discounts for larger quantities?

Our rates are offered at B2B prices, we offer a subscription based option which entitles a further discount with each order.

How long do you need to notify cancellation of your subscription based services?

If you happen to change your mind, just give us 2 weeks notice so we can do the background tweaks.

Do you offer customization?

How long does shipping take?

We normally take 1-2 working days to process our shipments. Delivery is usually
1-3 working days. If you require urgent delivery, please feel free to get in
touch with us so we can best assist you.

What happens if our bag is marked as "delivered" however, we did not receive the parcel.

For New Zealand customers, please reach out to NZ post to launch an investigation.
For other territory customers, please reach out to your local post agent to launch an investigation.

Please also email us so we are aware and can keep track of the process.

However, if you have an authority to leave at your property, we are unable to take responsibilities for lost parcels that are delivered to the correct address.
