How long does it take to process the orders?

We aim to be within 2 working days to process all orders, please allow additional time during busy periods.

Do we allow Click and Collect?

New Zealand Shipping

How long does it take to receive my order within New Zealand?

For standard tracked shipping, it takes 1 - 3 working days. For shipping to rural areas within New Zealand, it can take up to 5 working days.

How much does it cost for shipping within New Zealand?

For orders under $75NZD, our Tracked Standard shipping is $5.50NZD.

For Rural parts of New Zealand, our Tracked Standard shipping is $11.50. Please select "Rural shipping" if you have an "RD" address to avoid delivery delays.

For orders over $75NZD, we offer FREE tracked standard shipping.

The tracking says that my parcel is delivered but I have not received my order, what do I do?

Please contact NZ Post directly with your tracking details to initiate an investigation. If they are unable to assist, feel free to email us at info@curiouspackaging.co.nz

We recommend avoiding to use the "Authority to Leave" option with NZ Post, as this allows parcels to be left unattended on your property. If you have selected this option and your parcel is stolen, we regret that we cannot take responsibility for the missing package.

My package was delivered but the items was damaged/missing by the courier, what do I do?

We recommend taking a photo of the damaged parcel or missing items as soon as you receive it. Please email us at info@courierpackaging.co.nz with the photos, details of damages/missing products, including your order number, and we will initiate an investigation on our end.

Please do allow 3-5 working days for us to resolve the issue.

Can we ship to Australia?

We are currently not ready to ship to Australia. However watch this space for
updates soon!
